The stone wall and steel cells that make an unpowered entrance to the harbor so "exciting" are still in place as before. The floating docks, services building, parking lots, fuel/electric/water systems are all new.
I sold my boat last year ( 1956 Chris-Craft 27' Sedan Cruiser) and am feeling seriously "boat-lonely"

these days. When I whine about it my wife says

"fill that lonely spot with all the money you're NOT spending on that tub". She's right, just this once, but I still miss being out on the water whenever the mood strikes.
So I spent my launch-and-soak-up money on a Salmon charter!
