Favorite: The history, the scenery and natural beauty, the Great Lakes
Least Favorite: The negative perception that people have of our wonderful state. When you tell people you live in Michigan, they either assume that you are miserable and trying to get out or in serious denial about how bad it is. I get so sick of that attitude!!  |

Favorite: The amazing diversity found in the natural landscape throughout Michigan!
Least Favorite: ......... I'm thinking.......... ummmm....... Oh yeah, the property taxes are much higher then other states I like (I had to ask my spouse because I was drawing a blank!).

Favorite- The variety of scenery (woods, urban areas, lakes and rivers EVERYWHERE) mixed in with 4 beautiful seasons
Least Favorite- the negative reputation MI gets at times.

Favorite: Spring and Fall (which are both a bit too short it seems)
Least Favorite: Horrible cities - dirty, industrial, not safe, etc.

Best thing for me about Michigan is all the wonderful people I count as friends.
Worst thing is the stinkin' economy --- Ugh !

Favorite-The feeling I get when I head north towards (up-north) or west towards L. Michigan. Walking around all the great little towns. Seeing all the lakes, rivers and forests. And most of all...the feeling I get when I see the mighty Mac. and knowing I am heading to the U.P.
Least-Going back to my boring looking (but very nice still) little town. Also, I hate the muddy, dreary, foggy, drizzley end of winter days.

When I lived there, summer was my favorite. There are tons of things to do in the summer - things I like to do.
