Default towns on or near inland lakes

I'm interested in inland lakes in the western lower peninsula. Trying to find a home/condo on or very near a lake. Any out there which are not priced to the very rich?

Smile Check this town out!

Good Afternoon!

I was born, raised, and still live around the Dowagiac (Doe-Wah-Jak), MI area. This area has numerous lakes around. About 5 miles outside of town, we have an area called Sister Lakes Michigan. This is home to Magician, Dewey, Big Crooked, Little Crooked and Round Lake. These are all within 2 miles of each other. This area is also a convenient location with 35-40 minute drives to South Bend/Mishawaka Indiana and Kalamazoo Michigan. with a short 20 minute drive west you will arrive at St. Joe/Benton Harbor Michigan where you have the whitest sand of Silver Beach and full access to Lake Michigan. We are also within 2 hours of Chicago, Grand Rapids and a bit further than that from Detroit. If you need any info please let me know and I will get you the proper contacts. Good luck on your research and I hope you consider my information.
