I am traveling with my family for a week in Port Austin and would like to stay in town to work rather than drop them off and go to a larger city to find WiFi. I need WiFi access for email and wondered if anyone knew where that might be in the local area. Last year, I begged the library to let me pay for and install a wireless access point for them to keep but they were skeptical and backed out.
Hoping for some technological change this year, a coffee house or something to allow me to work from there while family enjoys the beach. |

Doubt that you will find any WiFi in Port Austin. That is a real one horse town. You may find something in Bad Axe about 20 miles South, but even that is doubtful. Whole area is farm and tourist area, nice lake access.
