Wrong about Marquette being colder. Our temps are tempered by the big lake. Snow yes, and living in a College town has a lot in pluses.... We don't have all that many tourists, but this year they have come in a swarm. Marquette is on the go, , holds a lot of future. More and more Companies are moving here. The Job picture is great if you have a trade., or into Medical. Our population is growing, and our lakefront is be developed and restored at a fast pace. We have so much history, and are so close to the deep woods, a combo that's hard to beat. Mostly cooler here in summer, but not the past 2 weeks, except for 2-3 days in 60s-70. and low humidity. The UP is like no other place on earth, and Marquette in in the middle of it all !!
