best place to visit a beach around Benton Harbor (Warren: park, area)

Default best place to visit a beach around Benton Harbor
Where would you recommend around this area to have lunch and visit a Lake Michigan beach?...I'm looking for something easy to get to from 94 for a nice beach day.

Default beaches near Benton Harbor
There's a county park on the north end of the town you might try. Other possibilities, a little further afield, include Warren Dunes State Park and Van Buren State Park to the north near South Haven.

Weko Beach in Bridgman Michigan. Get off of Exit 16 on I-94, then head north for a mile and at the first traffic light take a left and you'll hit the beach. Its a great beach and touches warren dunes state park.
