Hi,
I'm looking to possibly transfer to U of D Mercy to going into Elementary Education. Does any one have any experience with their program or have an opinion on whether or not they offer a good program with a good reputation? I would really appreciate any feedback, thanks!

I went to Mercy College, as it was then called, quite a few years ago, majoring in elementary education. It's a good school and is well respected. If all other signs are go, it's certainly worth consideration. You don't mention where you'd be transferring from or what other options you're considering. Be aware that this area of Detroit has its share of auto break-ins, including right in the Mercy College parking lot. This might be a turn off but you should know.
