Default MIS traffic

After a 2-3 hour (race-day time!) drive took 6 hours in August, I am trying to adjust my route to and from Michigan International Speedway. I am coming from the Flint area. I always took 23 to Saline and took 12 in. Would it be better to come from I-94? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

jpoole52 is on a distinguished road
yes, i think taking 94 might be a better plan. there are a variety of ways you could take. I think the best might to be getting off at exit 153 (Clear Lake Rd.) and turning left, taking it to Michigan and turning right, turning left on Norvell Rd. at the dealership, and taking that to Austin Rd. and turning right, then turning left on M-50 and taking that the whole way.

Lots of twisting and turning I know, but I think it's a good route and it's easier than it seems.

Thanks! I'll try it! Anything has to be better than what I was taking!
When my dad drove a few years ago, he got us home in an hour-and-a-half! I'm not as aggressive as he is, LOL. I prefer getting home with my car intact and no tickets
