Moving to Arenac County (Flint, East Tawas: real estate, for sale, apartments)

My family and I are looking to move to the Arenac County area. We are looking more specifically in the areas of Standish, Sterling, or Twining. Right now, we are living close to Flint.
I am looking for information on renting a house, or apartment, but would prefer a house. I need 3 bedrooms, and we do have a small dog.
I've been looking online for the newspapers in that area, but not having much luck.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

Everything is for Sale, East Tawas, Tawas, Oscoda,Lake Huron, Michigan Real Estate has listings for those areas. also REALTOR.com - Real Estate Listings & Homes For Sale is a good source. craigslist: san francisco bay area classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events or www.yellowpages.com could help you find local apartments.

I am not sure if any of those towns have an online news site however. They're all pretty small towns with small populations so they probably have no purpose for one.

Also forgot MLive.com: Everything Michigan is a decent source too.

I live in arenac county and there are hardly no apartments that are 3 bedroom. I know where a house is in Au Gres for $775 for rent but for up here that is really expensive. It is a 3 possible 5 bedroom it has a 2 car detatched garage. The back yard is fenced in with a swing set. has a huge living room, Kitchen and dining room are big, it also has 1 bathroom with a tub and a stand up shower, the other 2 possible bedrooms are a 2 car garage converted in to 2 rooms, one has a door that closes the other has no door it is a huge room shaped like an L. He is willing to do a land contract if that is something you are looking to do. If you are interested let me know and I will get the name and number for you we looked at it but the price was just too much for us.
