Due to this, I am not being allowed to have my VRAP benifits for this fall. all due to being short 1 credit, but there is no other classes in my program to take to give me 12 credits.

Is anyone else dealing with this?
Necroing this back to life.

Blaze, I did not have that problem. I had 14 and 13 credit hours respectively.

The problem I have is afterwards. I have heard absolutely nothing from the USDOL. I even email the State Director and no word. Today I emailed my Congressman, Phil Roe. From other Vets, I hear he really gets things done for Vets and sits on the VA Committee. So we shall see.

Well, I just finished final exams last week. Ended fourth semester with a 4.0 . . . cumulative 3.91. Benefits ran out this past December, so I am on my own the rest of the way. Have 4 classes and 3 practicums left. After 16 straight months of full-time classes, taking the summer off to pack, sell the house and move to TN. Hoping to get my practicums with Mountain States Health Alliance hospitals. The school here said they would work with the health organization there. Had hoped to do practicums at the VA hospital in Johnson City, but never heard back from them. I keep receiving emails from some guy names Curt Coy but cannot reply to his emails and there is no contact information within the emails. According to the ebenefits page, the DOL will help VRAP vets find a job, but have yet to hear from them. Still a year away from finishing up and sitting for my certification exam, so it's not a priority at the moment. Not going to hold my breath that they have much to offer anywho.
