happens at the end of every war, but this time the stakes are VERY HIGH! korea and Vietnam were wars that our countrys leaders wouldn't let us win. politics trumps military lives. what happened to our leadership in D.C? but I still keep faith that you and your young Marines will be victorious in any action you engage in on our behalf! GOD BLESS CHESTY PULLER and SEMPER FI
hi mac, Marines having to do more with less. like we used to say , if it don't leak oil, need repairs or aint sitting on the dead line we don't need it. the word was we got all navy worn out equipment, and the armys m-16A1 rifles and 45s. in boot we trained and qualified with m-14s. got the 16 in i.t.r. and what the f--k is this a ray gun or toy? typical SNAFU transition I guess. made up the manuel of arms with that new weapon. well mac hope your getting into your new duty station and have a good 48.
