“Gay commanders and officers are pushing their agenda on the airmen."

This is a gay porn film you're talking about, I believe.

I spent many, many years in the military. People with power do push their agendas albeit not necessarily in the open. I can easily believe militant, angry homosexuals pushing their agendas with a get even attitude. However, it can work the other way where a militant, angry evangelical pushes their ideas about morality on their troops. It is always about exerting power over others. Right now, the Air Force in particular has been pushing against things "christian" which began at the Air Force Academy which had a strong evangelical element there. I believe a fellow, an atheist, by the name of Mikey Weinstein has been the driving force in the campaign against evangelicals especially.

I do not know the ground truth of the SA story, but I believe that it could easily occur.

Default Re: My earlier story about the AF 1st Lieutenant

From my earlier post, I didn't want to leave anyone here with the opinion that I lack respect for anyone in the Air Force or in any of our military forces. I see a lot of young people here on C-D wanting to enter the Air Force and I want them to know that I do now, and will always have, the greatest respect for those who are willing to give a significant part of their lives in service and defense of our nation. My short Air Force tenure pointed my feet in the right direction and I will always credit it for providing me with many memorable opportunities to be the person I am today.
