Not if you've already disclosed it in your initial screening paperwork your recruiter fills out. MEPS is silly at times but the Doctor shouldn't DQ you for just a scar. Just make sure to tell your recruiter about it and disclose all the details behind it. You'll be aight.
It really depends on what the scar is in relation to. I'm basically the MEPS station for an overseas base. but the main concern is does it affect you now or has it ever been a chronic/ recurring issue in the recent past? has there been any other issues that are because of the scar. if it's just a big cut you had from falling off of a bike and that it there will be no issues.
Just say you fell off of your bike in your childhood days. They don't have the time and resources to figure it out on their own.
