Utah is working on fallout of video.

How is this different than the state beauty queen also being in the military? That was seen as a great example and that event also a swim suit competition. The video is the making of a calendar and less risque than any sports illustrated video.

I could be wrong, but it doesn't look like it's a big deal because of clothing. It's a big deal because they used rather expensive government property without proper permission first.

I'd also be willing to bet a couple lawyers for said government saw the video and told the higher ups what would have happened if a civilian had been injured while using said expensive government property without authorization and the right waivers (if they didn't have permission I'm guessing they didn't have waivers either).

Which has a youtube video.

A 19th Special Forces non-commissioned officer who inappropriately allowed the video to be partially shot at Camp Williams in May has been relieved of his leadership position and faces a reprimand and mandatory early retirement. The three other soldiers will receive lesser measures ranging from counseling to a reprimand. An internal investigation, completed Friday, found unauthorized Guard support was limited to five vehicles and one boat used as props for the shoot. The investigation confirmed the Guard did not provide the weapons or ammunition used for it.

Thinking back to my Army days, I wonder what the First Sergeant would have said if those three young ladies had sauntered into the Orderly Room...

In the 70s when I was at the Naval Hospital in Long Beach, a Penthouse Pet was allowed to visit some of the patients and hand out autographed copies of the magazine she was in. They first tried going to the Long Beach VA Hospital, but were turned away. I don't think any military hospital today would allow something like that.
