I've already considered it ironic that there is a maternity Battle Dress Uniform. Bringin' 'em in and takin' 'em out at the same time.

I think the fact that women are allowed to get prego in the military is degenerate and dysfunctional. It is such a collossal waste of money and resources, not to mention the fact that is it used to escape deployment.

They should be forced to use birth control, or maybe we should just make the armed forces male only again. Pregnant soldiers is the hight of stupidity

Well, when colleges are pumping out more women then men, and a good chunk of America is unfit for service, you have to have women in uniform. Not on the front lines, but you need them in supporting roles (more than half of med school graduates are doctors, and let's not forget the overwhelming majority of nurses are women).

A waste of resources? A dirtbag is a dirtbag, male or female if they want out of deployment they will find a way and there are tons of ways that are less long lasting than popping out a kid.

Having women in careerfields where physical strength and endurance are irrelevant is a positive to our forces (and the vast majority of military jobs are support positions).

I've known women in and out of uniform to work up until their due date, give birth, and be back to chasing cases in ten days, and in some cases back to work in two weeks. That's on par with paternity leave.

And responsible females, the great ones, they plan their pregnancies during their dwell or shore time.

Are you serious? So you think it's more cost effective to kick women out when they get pregnant and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars training new recruits? Women get pregnant. They have children. Then they aren't pregnant anymore and they go on about their lives. Some women abuse the system, but then, some men do too. Dirt bags aren't gender specific.
