St. Albans in NY? Methinks this is a wrong forum to post this in; would post in NY. Have you called them?

Last I heard, you could contact:
Veterans Administration St. Albans Primary and Extended Care Center
179th St and Linden Blvd, St. Albans , NY 11425
718-526-1000
Formerly known as St. Albans Naval Hospital

It's possible that the Veteran's Administration has your 1967 medical records from Naval Hospital St Albans's, NY on file. I also recommend contacting the National Personnel Records Center in St Louis. This link has good information that may assist you in your search.
