I was Army Aviation. We would send the new guys loking for 50' of flight line, a gallon of Rotor wash(have to keep them blades clean) or a metric crescent wrench.
They never got me on those. The one they got me with was they sent me to the E-6 we worked for to get the A-S-H receiver for an aircraft. Now we had UHF, VHF & FM radioes in the aircraft. I wasn't an avionics tweet so I went for it.
In the parts manual for a UH-1 it lists Receiver, ASH. There is one installed in each pilot's door. An ash tray.

My hubby was navy for his 4 yrs and he still says it stands for "Never again volunteer yourself" Of course he's joking.....he enjoyed it.
