Hang in there. Even though you might get some flack from this, your family did the right thing. This might save someone's life.
My thoughts and prayers be with you and all the troops

Isn't that pathetic that the many of the leaders of our armed forces are full of complete b.s. for the sake of their OER or NCOER?

Don't expect you to answer that Zig seeing that you are still AD

Whenever anyone asks why I got out, it's one word: leadership. I didn't join b/c I wanted a free college education or free healthcare. Unfortunately, the issues that plague CS units were just too duanting after awhile & lack of PROFESSIONAL & ETHICAL leadership made accomplishing the smallest task in the most common sense way close to impossible.

Now, my dh was a tanker & had the most amazing C of C & NCOs.

Guess it's sometimes in the luck of the draw!

(I was S-1 & do not wish that position on anyone)

Thank you

Still occasionally passing blood but not nearly as bad. I also now watch my water like a hawk

Other then that, things are normal. Well, not exactly normal since this week it's rained. First time since Feb. I've seen rain

  1. Zig'sbird,it's been too many years since I've talked any of the military jargon that I've forgotten most of it.Anyway whatever your filtering the water through, you might want to save some of those filters and try to bring them back with you as evidence or proof whichever the case may be,if possible, bring some of the water back with you also, to be tested. If I know the military, you need proof.Keep up the good work.

One step ahead of you.

I'm sending my wife two bottles of the water. Plus, I also have the two emails that were sent out saved and printed out.

I'm doing better now

I'm no longer pissed at the world so that is a major improvement. Additionally, a few buddies have come up and told me that it's been forever since they've seen me smile as often as what I am now. Personally, I'll take that as a compliment.

On the paperwork? I have a copy of each SF600 that has been generated for me on this deployment. I learned a very valuable lesson the last time around.

BTW, my name is Scott.

Zig'sbird,
glad you are doing better. Keep the smiles going. Hope these posts have something to do with you smiling. There are a lot of people back in the world who care about you all. I was a 52D and did boot camp at tank hill, ft jackson. I was in a not so good deployment, so I know that it is rough. Scott, It is good to talk with you. My name is Lois. Love and prayers to all of you
