Human Soldiers
How much longer do y'all think the US will have human soldiers in combat situations?
Looking at the Air Force/Navy, they seem to be moving to robots as quickly as they can. Same thing with tanks...

Is a matter of time and money By now I'm almost positive that a prototype for most weaponry was explored and considered for possible benchmark.
The USAF is very heavy on the UAB's and now is offering position for enlisted members to fly the drones. New Mexico/Vegas are two of the site that are heavily involved in the development and testing....

Enlisted members are not allowed to fly Predators or Reapers they do fly some of the much smaller unarmed UAVs. The Army uses enlisted UAV operators in a much larger role than the Air Force.

I would imagine that will change as the numbers of UAV's grow.

I doubt we'd even see 25% "robots" in our lifetime, I'm in my 20s... To my understanding, the UBA's have never fired a weapon yet...I'd assume their must be all sorts of rules of engagement and geniva convention politics to go through...

Is evolving and they are going to use enlisted members to take over pilot duties...

Let me rephrase. No predator fired in combat. Or are you saying it did fire in combat?
