Skill level...Air Force has 4 skill levels..

0===Untrained, while going through tech school.
3===Apprentice, you get this after completing tech school.
5=== Journey Man, Complete CDC's.
7=== Master.

So basically the x is a variable. It will change based upon your skill level?

Yes...Once you complete tech school you are a 3 level, then 5 level once cdc's and other training is complete.
