So let's suppose an airman doesn't plan on becoming a SNCO and doesn't plan on becoming an commissioned officer. Is it still worth it to pursue a CCAF? Why or why not?

CCAF IS an Associates Degree, not just an "equivelent." It has a much value as any other AA or AS. How much that is, however, is debatable.....(PS I also have 2 of them and yes they helped me land a very good job after I got out, albeit with a defense contractor)
