I recently talked to an Airforce recruiter about enlisting, when i talked to him he entered me into some computer thing where i filled out all this background information and drug/alcohol history all that good stuff. When i left he gave me this national security questionare that you have to fill out before you enlist. The only problem is I was recently considering changing that decisoin and join the Army National Guard or something, jus because I filled out that background thing that doesnt obligate me to join the Airforce does it?

Exactly. Frankly I have to wonder why you want to, but best of luck either way.

You are not obligated to the Air Force until you are sworn in at MEPS; although based on the way you write I'm not sure you would qualify for either service.

Not obligated till you get your enlistment contract and swear in. Definitely take the ASVAB and see how that goes first!
