Default Does anyone have experience with Marshall Hall apts or Shoreline real estate?

I am moving to milwaukee soon. I am considering a big complex called marshall hall, mostly because it is cheap. Since it is so cheap, I don't expect it to be really nice, but I was wondering if anyone had any info on it. Mostly I want to know if it is relatively clean. i don't want to live somewhere with lots of roaches or mold etc.

Yes. Marshall Hall is decent, but make sure you can live with rusted out bathroom sinks that they won't replace and shotty paint jobs. The building is an architectural gem but as with most of their properties, they allow it to exist JUST above code. It's slowly falling apart.
