I am excited to come visit. I am doing a thesis focusing on milwaukee right now.

I have noticed that street cars are the talk right now... It would be great to have that if it ever advances. Charlotte right now only talks of what if the lynx system really finishes or finishing off a last part of highway here. My huge frustration is the waste of taxpayers money, they have been talking about this stuff for over 30 years, way before I was born!

I do have another question. I am particularly fond of mid century homes. the Modernism and ranch style. Is there neighborhoods that have those kind of models? I have researched the homes so far and a lot of homes in the books talk of German style and Polish I believe as well.

this is example of what I am looking at, wide roof

To my knowledge, there is not a neighborhood of mid-century modern style houses. As specific criteria for home buying that might be tough, an experienced local Realtor might be able to help. However, it isn't impossible to find those style houses sprinkled in inner-ring Milwaukee County suburbs.
