Generally speaking, lower-class people don't get to have the same K-12 education as a middle-class person. That strikes me as a poverty-stricken education and no college!

Seriously you need to take a step back and get a better grasp of the actual picture. I admit if you have no direct contact with poor people and get all of your information second or third-hand it is difficult to believe the disparities. To consider that someone stating the actual facts is biased or racist is pretty bizarre. It smells of clever counter-propaganda.

These were juvenile criminals planning a THEFT, not a riot. These persons were committing thefts. Not too different than what happens in most places. People steal. Stealing is hardly a sign of some kind of social uprising or insurrection. The only way this would be an insurrection is if this was part of an insurrection, such as the insurrection in Detroit in 1967. Theft happened under the guise of rioting. There was no riot this time, just stealing. If anything, this is a criminal problem and these juvenile thieves would have done this at another mall.

And like I said before, if this was part of some insurrection, this would have happened all over the nation, not just Milwaukee. Last time I checked, this isn't happening in Atlanta. Please answer my question: Why isn't it happening in the Atlanta area, where I live? Why the Milwaukee area?

Last time I checked, this isn't happening at Mayfair Mall. What happened at the mall was criminal behavior gone wild. It was people stealing and flash mobs simply for the thrill of acting stupid. Legitimate grievances turning violent include what is going on in Greece, what went on in Milwaukee in the summer of 1967(my father remembers that by the way). This is just to clarify the difference between the Mayfair incident and the rioting/insurrections that have occurred in the past. This is a CRIMINAL problem. You solve this problem by locking up the perpetrators who commit such acts. You solve this problem by beefing up security in the mall and make the rules the same for everyone, watch everyone, and I mean everyone, not just a certain demographic. For all of this out of the ordinary group crimes, you still have the ground level pickpockets and shoplifters who do get away with stuff because no one is watching. That and it makes it fair for everyone.
