You might want to try Reservoir Park on North Ave... it overlooks a great view of the Milwaukee skyline. Otherwise, you could try some spots in Veteran's Park, using the lake or Downtown in the background. Also, you can try some spots on the riverwalk... I would try right around Wells Street and the Milwaukee river.
