From what my father told me about Milwaukee, it was getting rough around the 80's and still is now. He grew up in the north side of Milwaukee. According to him, it is quite rough.

The 'north' side of Milwaukee encompasses dozens of square miles & hundreds of thousands of people. Can you really sit at your computer in GA & expect to know much of anything?

I didn't say I knew everyone. However, my father is from that part of town. I only know about that part of town what he tells me.

When was the last time your father was in Milwaukee for an extended part of time and did he see the whole city? I have seen you post this line before and your dad used to live in MKE long time ago and just like every other city, cities change.

The last time he was ever in Milwaukee, even for a visit, was the mid 1990's.

You know anything about the area north of North Avenue? That is the area I'm talking about, around Teutonia Street.

I do, I also know there are about 7 miles of Teutonia north of North Ave in Milwaukee. The north side encompasses all of that & alot more. Of course that's common knowledge down in GA, isn't it?

Not many people in Atlanta know much about Milwaukee. The neighborhood is North Division.

That's a high school.

edit: Nevermind, guess it's a neighborhood too. Always thought that was called "Park West". Either way, the area around there still sucks.
