Default Unique Restaurants???

I'm looking for some unique restaurants in the milwaukee area that I can celebrate my 30th birthday. Can anyone suggest a restaurant that has a unique dining experience, that is kind of hidden and not known of that well? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

If its your 30th i would suggest driving down to Chicago, you can find tons of great restaurants. This place would be a dream of mine to dine at but it will set you back at least 500 for 2
Alinea Restaurant

--> Salla de Pranza on Hampshire St just north of Kenwood- intimate Italian, quiet, neighborhood place, inexpensive to moderately priced
--> Cafe Hollander on Downer Ave south of Locust St- a charismatic tavern with a great chef, new beer, and perfect fries, inexpensive
--> Via on Downer Ave south of Locust St- a friendly Italian place that exudes freshness, great gelatto- moderately priced
--> Balzac on Brady St just west of Farwell (set back from Brady, turn left from Brady on to Arlington, it's on your right)- a French fusion place with exceptional wine, moderately to almost expensively priced (depends on your wine choice)
--> Bosley on Brady St a bit east of Van Buren- fish with a Mexican flare, good vegetarian sides that can be made into main courses, almost expensively priced
