Does anyone happen to know what the area around W. Rogers St and S 24 St. is like? Any info appreciated.

thanks! I am looking to open a tavern/restaurant that would probably appeal to a youngish crowd --20's-40's-- just wondering if there would be any interest in something like that in that neighborhood.

You can never go wrong opening a tavern in Milwaukee. Any block will do.

Just don't do the Pabst/Schlitz/anything in a can schtick, it's been done to death here.
