I thought this was a very attractive home with a lot of character and feel of warmth to it. I also thought who ever conducted the renovations did a very good job at balancing the old with the new.

It's not an open concept home, so the kitchen is separated from the rest of the house by walls.

My biggest window into big luxury homes is through TV, HGTV, and the internet.

So, Reality TV shows like Mob Wives in Staten Island, New York gives me a window into big luxury homes. The Chicago series of Mob Wives not so much. This Milwaukee mini-mansion is to me better than anything I've seen on Mob Wives. I like it better than many of the super-expensive celebrity homes in California I've seen on TV or MTV too. Those are usually much bigger homes too.
