can a person get cheap rentals in Tosa (apartments, how much)

i dont know how much it is now but i used to live on WI ave & 93rd for $475 BUT i moved from that apt 10 1/2 years ago....2 bed, garage,enough room for 2 people

I used to live there many years ago...

It used to be called a city of homes....not particularly a lot of apartments...but that may have changed some....
$700, would give you an apartment worth $70,000...I'm afraid that there's not that much in that price range....2 of my 4 kids still live in Tosa...so I get up the every now and then....
Kinda nice place by todays standards....farther east towards 60th street, it gets alittle 'bad'....

I lived on 92nd and Wisconsin last year in a 2bd. for $745/mo.
