I'm moving to River West and need a new bank. Can someone recommend a credit union? I'm not interested in the big banks (like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc...).

Thanks.

I belong to two, Prime Financial which is downtown on Water & State & UW Credit Union at UWMilwaukee. There's also Educators Credit Union on Prospect & North, I'm pretty sure that's where it is.

We belong to Brewery Credit Union which is a little outside of Riverwest and closer to Downtown. We love it!

I'm a member at UW Credit Union. Have been since my days at UWM. They've been great. No real need to go to a branch anymore. Their online banking system is outstanding and they have free mobile deposits now. Actually, pretty much everything is free. A far cry from the big banks...

Thanks! UW Credit Union looks like what I will be going with. I am currently a member of SIU Credit Union, and it seems to be very similar.
