Like another southern bypass, northern bypass, hwy 16 to all the way to I-43 expanded freeway and the lake freeway to continue to I-94 in Oak creek. We don't need grass and trees right next to the freeway!!!

- How about connecting 145 to 41 / Miller Park Way?
- 45 North to Richfield then 41 to GreenBay should be renamed to an interstate.
- More bypasses.
- I-94 needs more lanes
- I-43 needs 4 lanes to Grafton
- the bypass is always backed up
- hartford to sussex to I-94 bypass
- higway 60 freeway between 45 / 43

I agree. There is no money in public transportation anymore. In fact, they just cut funding on Milwaukee Bus Lines, eliminating bus routes and travel times. The city really needs to work on that.

There is money in mass transportation but it has to be flexible. Cities change and populations move. The County cuts lines and service when buses are filled to capacity. I don't know how that makes sense. They could be making lots of money with the rush hour crowds but when the bus is overflowing with people, the commuters get frustrated and look for other alternatives.
The biggest thing affecting buses is the direct competition with cars. Buses can be more efficient if they have their special lanes so they don't get stuck in traffic and also if they have signal priority. I like taking the bus because it lets me relax and be able to read a book on the way to work instead of getting angry fighting with idiot drivers in rush hour traffic.

but still alternative transportation should be considered, instead of runningon gas run on electricity like rail. the problem is officials dont want mke to change they want it to remain in the state is/was in

I think light rail would be great. I've been traveling a lot lately for firefighter exams since I want to get on with a big city. Instead of renting cars, I rely on public transportation.
I got around St Louis with a cab the first time, but it cost a fortune. Then I found out about their light rail and it was great.
The last time I went to Los Angeles I had to use their light rail to get from the airport to downtown. Then the next day I went around downtown using their subway.
I'll be going to Prince George's County, MD and Washington, DC in June. I'll be using it then.

Yeah, but the traffic/congestion/metro size/economics of these three areas are so incredibly different than Milwaukee's.
St. Louis is a metro of nearly double Milwaukee metro's size (nearly 3-million) MSA St. Louis. LA's metro is something like 14-million. DC's is obviously whoppingly big and congested too.
Milwaukee isn't especially big or especially congested like these other three much bigger/people-packed areas are. Apples to oranges.
