That was the interurban line on an overpass. Not exactly an El although it did cross the Menomonee Valley on a very long bridge.

Pretty cool, right? It definitely is reminiscent of an el train.

Good call. It´s true, the Menomonee Valley had some long spans where the interurban was elevated, also evocative of an el train.
