Default Arnold's Drive In and Cunningham's Home?

Where are the 2 places in Milwaukee where Happy Days was based? Or does either even exist?

From Wikipedia:

The Cunningham's official address is 565 North Clinton Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.[1] The address, although fictitious, suggests that the Cunninghams lived on the city's east side.

Go to this link and you'll learn that the exterior shot is a house in L.A. and much more, like the inspiration for Arnold's Drive-in etc. Scroll down to the sub section, Sets.

Laverne and Shirley's basement apartment was located on Knapp St., which is a real street on Milwaukee's east side (it turns into McKinley Ave. west of the Milwaukee River). The apartment itself (including the building it was in) is fictitious, however.
