OK, some folks should be BANNED for comments they have made in this thread towards the end.
I try to keep threads like these open for as long as possible, but when we have the equivalent of 13-year old crude and crass ridicule going on, it is time to close it.
For those that broke Forum Terms of Service (TOS) here blatantly...and you know who you are...consider this your warning for other threads. Unlike unmoderated forums with other webistes, we have a level of decency here - the TOS - that we adhere to. Keep breaking the TOS and you are out.
