Apts - Windwood Clearing - Noisy or Quiet? (Milwaukee, Lincoln: place to live, rated)

This apt complex is on 102nd near Lincoln and it has what I'm looking for, but I am most concerned about noise.

I've checked it out in person & while it seems fine, it is winter so I don't know if it is going to be a raging party scene in the summer or retain the quiet home-like atmosphere it appears to have in March.

I checked the apt review boards online, and no one has rated it, sooo...it's probably good, but I am wondering if any of our great Milwaukee cd'ers know anything about this place, particularly if it is a quiet place to live? Additional details are welcome as well.

I can't help you too much on the complex itself, but the area isn't noted for being 'wild'. I would think my biggest concern there would be the noise from all the traffic.
