True but if you add associates degrees then that bumps it up to 38-40% with a college degree. Remember there is Town of West Bend which is just outside of West Bend and tend to be more educated and wealthier.

This means very little when the whole area is under 5000 population.

I would also suggest looking at the Falls, or Cedarburg if the additional driving isn’t an issue. More desirable than WB.

Wisconsin was blue until 2016 though. If anything, you guys have exported liberals to the fast-growing South and Mountain West.

Lots to Minnesota. Minnesota has embraced the modern economy, so the educated workforce has gone there to the detriment of Wisconsin. It's pretty sad to me.

Wisconsin has never been a "blue" state. It is purple and always has been. The 2000 and 2004 presidential elections in WI were very close. Obama won this state twice by comfortable margins because his message resonated with Wisconsinites (and Midwesterners in general). Had it not been for voter suppression, Hillary would've easily carried the state. Plus, he won fewer votes than Romney in this state.

Also, Trump was very close to carrying MN in 2016. It had a Republican PVI, so MN isn't solid blue like people make it seem. The Midwest in general is trending rightward, not just WI because of a "brain drain". That does play a role, but not the biggest one. We just elected a Democratic governor by a small margin and an LGBT U.S. Senator by double digits, so we ain't going to be Alabama anytime soon!

Politics aside, OP, I wish you well in your potential relocation to the MKE area!
