That's not entirey accurate, the area of Heather Ln, Larkspur, Spruce rd, Hawthorne rd, is a small section of 50's ranches. I found one online for 190K, and some homes here sell for under 300K. It's a great deal, great school district, indian hill is right next door that you could walk there from this little subdivison. There is one drawback to this little "poor section" of River Hills, it's right on Brown Deer RD so you will have great freeway access but freeway noise and noise from BD rd.

Where as Chenequa, currenlty there are only 3 house for sale under 1M which makes it Wisconsin's most exclusive suburb.
