MILWCITY is on a distinguished road
In terms of best buy of a suburb and being clean/safe at the same time here is how I would rank them.

1. South Milwaukee
2. Brown Deer
3. Greenfiled
4. Butler
5. Greendale
6. West Allis
7. St.Francis
8. Cudahy
9. Hales Corners
10. Oak Creek.

How many times does this have to get refuted?
as many times as possible

Quote:
Let's start here: A city does not have to lie within Milwaukee County to be a suburb.
Quote:
The listed areas are considered suburbs because their entire economic entities depend on the City of Milwaukee. Without it, they wouldn't exist near in the capacity they do today. They (and you) can deny it all they want, but it doesn't make it remotely true.
that is false^^they would exist, all of chicagoland is connectable to chicago via Metra or CTA trains pacebusses, milwaukee metro isnt.

Quote:
Also, never heard of a suburb inside city limits, unless you're speaking of the far NW side. Even then, anything inside city limits is the city itself
i never heard of one either in city proper there arent any suburbs in the city limits even on the nw side, city limits can change from block to block in parts of the nw side bordering suburbs....

no *****

other than that these are my opionions about the suburbs around mke....so.....

I guess you could put Meno Falls/Germantown and Caledonia for budget suburbs in relation to the Brookfileds of the world. Port if you want to drive that far, Mukwonago is a great choice as well for cheap suburb house prices.
