Best restaurants/eateries in Milwaukee
When you think Milwaukee, you probably think beer or bowling...or maybe bratwurst. But if you don't live here, you probably don't know about the hidden gems Milwaukee has as far as food/restaurants. I will start this list with a few of my favorites, and then let everyone else chime in...
the pan fried froglegs at Crawdaddy's
the new york strip at Five O'clock Steakhouse.
the lasagna at Barbiere's Italian Inn
the Sobelman Burger at Sobelman's
volcano chicken at The King and I

Actually I don't think of Milwaukee in the way described, as I'm sure many don't on this forum who are familiar with Milwaukee. The old days are a long time ago. Milwaukee isn't the greatest at marketing itself but all it takes is a visit to realize Milwaukee isn't beer, bowling and bratwurst. Though you can find all three in Milwaukee.
