Can I ask how much is the rental in Milwaukee? I was looking at an
apartment and it cost $750 a month include heat for 1 bedroom apartment. What is the heat mean? I haven't been to US before and in UK, where I am in now. We are using either electric heater or gas. Add the end of each month, we will need to pay for electric, water and gas bill. So i am asking, "heat included" is that mean I will only need to pay for the electric and water bill? Confused now. Pls explain to me. Thanks in advance.

Yes. "Including heat" means that however the apartment is heated, it will be included in the cost of your rent. The water and the electricity will be billed to you separately. Heat can be a big expense, as winters are long and cold and the cost of heating your home is fairly expnsive.

My rental unit in Montana has radiators that run on hot water. The building has two floors, a store in front and an arts and crafts studio in back. The apartment is above and they all are heated by the same hydronic system. It's easier for me to just include the heating in the rent. By the way our unit is only $425 per month and it's a two bedroom. I can't believe the outragous rent that folks have to pay in other states ! I guess we are a bit behind the times here !

Finding a rental with heat included is definitely a bonus.

All I can say, given the title, is that make sure no one is leaving a red light on in the apartment building.
