Not a traitor, but you are seemingly obsessive. Most of Wisconsin does not hate Chicago. The rest of us simply have brains that let us realize that our differences are what make us great. Apparently alot of Chicagoans agree, since they are here every chance they get. Moving here as well. But they still love their great city too.
Because you choose to drink Chicago koolaid all day and all of the night just makes you seem like you have some inferiority complex. Chicago is great, but it has plenty of its own problems relating to its size.

I thought this issue would be addressed once it was brought up in the J-S. Are the lights still not changed?

Maybe if Milwaukee doesn't want to pay for lights or fix the lighting, they could put reflectors on the freeway lines like they have all over California. It's a good idea but won't solve the issue of seeing where you are or if you are changing a tire on the side of the road it would make it very difficult.

Them have them in Chicago as well, two reflectors in between every white line to clearly mark the lanes on the freeways.

They put 4 reflectors on each line on the freeways in California for what it's worth.

So I just went to the library on E. North Ave....the parking lot was totally dark, all lights were off for some reason. Then, I drove down North Ave. towards the lake, going down the road past the water tower. Most of the lights down that curvy road were not on. LOL, I actually thought of this thread as I was driving home!
