Default Moving to Milwauke from Green Bay

Housing in Green Bay is selling for $90-100 a square foot. Would like to find a house with a nice size lot we have almost a 1/4 acre for around $160,000.
Probably more country than city and hopefully near New Berlin. Any ideas on where we should look? New Berlin appears to be out of our price range.
Schools are not a factor.
Thank you.

Good luck, you might have to go to a Milwaukee exurb like Mukwonago, or Waterford. It will be hard to find housing that cheap in the Milwaukee suburbs.

Thanks for the reply. We may have to find a foreclosure and fix it. Taxes though are almost $120 more a month.
