No it doesn't. Communism and Nazism may have used socialism, but socialism itself does not mean dictatorship or Nazism. You need to go and do some reasearch on the difference between socialism and communism and for that matter, socialism and Nazism. Nazism is really nationalism and racism that uses socialism. Socialism itself isn't bad provided that everyone is included and gets a fair chance.

It was the Socialists that got Milwaukee on the pay as you go system and raised its bond ratings to the highest in the country. Daniel Hoan was a blessing for this city.

where in the laws and constitution does it say socialist are illegal?
Socialism underminds the democratic system set in the US constitution. It is not constitutional. Same with socialist healthcare, it's unconstitutional.

At least with socialist healthcare, I can go to the doctor when I need to. I don't go to the doctor because I am too old to be on my parents insurance(I am 23), even though I am a full time student. Since I can't afford health insurance, or to pay a doctor bill, I don't go to the doctor, even if I suspect something serious. I had surgery last year that cost almost 130,000 dollars.
