Besides how are the homeless people outside your Clearing house? The last time I was on Archer I recall seeing a lot of homeless people and vagrants.

Those 70,000 people from IL were not forced at gunpoint to Wisconsin They wanted to stay close to Chicago, but many overlook the fact that their own "wonderful" city of Chicago is pricing them out.
What it has to do with is the US economy and Chicago's city government. Chicago's supposedly balanced economy has not faired well through this recession, and even in the years before that, the costs were escalating. Thousands of Chicagoans have been forced out/or were fed up with Cook County. The cost of living does not truly decline until you hit the WI border. But that will change if there is any combining of the metro areas as is suggested.

However it's only a matter of time before WI and Milwaukee become the next Chicago in terms of taxes, fees and politics. Heck we even have suburbs IE: Cudahy just like the city of Chicago alderman that said "No Walmarts in the city of Chicago". So what happened? Walmarts started popping up right on the border of Chicago city limits and now guess what? they realized they could've had the tax money from these Walmarts now the city of Chicago has their first Walmart at
4650 West North Ave.
This picture is just classic, with all the walmarts just outside of city limits except for the new one like I just stated.

I have to agree with you there. It will become all those things... and in some ways, Wisconsin is already worse for taxes. Now add in that the cost of living will most certainly rise in Milwaukee if the metros are combined. Milwaukee aint cheap, but by Chicago standards it's dirt cheap.
That is why it is absolutely imperitive that the two metros stay separate. There is no logic in wanting to "Chicagoize" Milwaukee. You will not only see more crime, you will see costs go out of control and even more overvalued property.

Well it basically already is, Mr.Tony Rezko and our Gov. Jim Doyle are already joined at the hip even with Tony in Jail. When your best friends are Tony Rezko and Rod B what do you think is going to happen!

Canada ain't the 51st state, America ain't owned by China, and Milwaukee ain't part of no Chicago. Neither is Kenosha. Just ask Al. The census is corrupt. There just aint' no cool reporters with morals like Cunningham willing to expose these creeps. ehhhhhh.
