In Tosa? Nah, the only real problems in Tosa arise when some ghetto losers don't get their own way at the theater in Mayfair. Beyond that Tosa is quite safe, and as far as West Allis goes, it's pretty safe though many of the residents seem to consider Larry the Cable Guy a role model, not a comedian.

Overall Milwaukee is a bad city. The northside of milwaukee is filled with crime and gangs. The near southside is flooded with gangs and there is graffiti everywhere. The eastside is probably the safest area but there are parts of the eastside that are very dangerous. West milwaukee is pretty safe also. The way the city is divided up racially is blacks on the northside. Blacks and mexicans on the eastide. Mexicans on the southside. Whites in the west and on the rich part of the eastside. Also the mps school system is pretty bad.
