Please, for the love of god, design these DDs to have DRIVE-THRU. I do not understand why so many of the coffee shops in my 'burb don't have a drive thru option. It's good in that I save money ('cause I don't want to get out of the car when it's -20* and I'm wearing pajama pants, no makeup, and my hair is in a bun-- hey, I work from home, don't judge) and/or I have a gaggle of kids in the car, but seriously, DRIVE THRU, DD. Make it so and you will see me often.

Good point. I'm always surprised when I see a Caribou that DOES have a drive-thru, because so few of them do.

If their stores in other markets are any indicator, almost all of the Dunkin Donuts that are in appropriate locations have drive-thrus. Usually the only ones that don't are in gas stations, malls, etc.

Finally! A lease has been signed for just one restaurant right now (more are obviously in the works) And it will be right down the street from me, by the HyVee in New Hope! I am so lucky, someone must of been thinking of me to put it there!

stopped at one around the corner from a hotel in downtown Boston. Looked like they had a pretty decent food selection but I was there for a coffee. I'd pay a visit again if there ever is one nearby me.

Two months after the lease was signed in May, for a Dunkin' Donuts location along 42nd Ave near Winnetka in New Hope, a lease was just signed in July for a location along Rice Street at County Road B-2 in Roseville. A lease may bring a Mankato location as early as 2017 and St Cloud between 2017 and 2024.

The closest Dunkin Donuts locations to St Paul-Minneapolis are in: Rochester, Duluth, Eau Claire, and Wausau. Tim Horton's has Minnesota locations inside Fortune Bay Casino on Lake Vermilion and at Shooting Star Casino near Mahnomen in addition to Tim's being in Grand Forks and Fargo across the Red River in North Dakota.

This thread has chronicled the many starts and stops since 2010 or earlier to bring Dunkin' Donuts to the Twin Cities.

The Dunkin Donuts opened in New Hope few days ago and I am going this morning as soon as they open! The franchisee was probably thinking of me when they decided to open their New Hope location first

So delighted to have their first twin cities location since they left many, many years ago down the street from where I live! Very, very close to the first HyVee in the Twin Cities! New Hope RULES!!!!!!!

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy I moved here from St Cloud a few years back. St Cloud is terrible!

I arrived into MSP late saturday night/early sunday morning. Looks like the DD in the central part of the Lindbergh terminal is open. It was obviously closed when I was walking by since it was so late, but it looked like the workers were cleaning up from the days activities.

Default DD New Hope

I had to wait for almost an hour on Saturday morning to get a box of Joe and two dozen donuts for family and friends. I am happy that they were busy and I hope that DD does well in the Twin Cities. I am looking forward to one in Woodbury in 2017!?

Waiting an hour .... memories of when Krispy Kreme came to the Twin Cities about 15 years ago.
