Enjoying art?

Go, step out of the box and do something you normally wouldn't do. You might just enjoy yourself. I went to concerts there all the time when I just got my license with no problem
Clearly, if I am considering bringing an 11 year old to a concert at 1st Ave - fear of enjoying art is not an issue. The artist is not one of my choice - it is for her. I will endure it for her - similarly I am certain she "endures" my music at times. As for my questions regarding the venue we have relocated to the area (why im on CD) - so I am not familiar, and of course have questions considering the age of my child. Now ask me about any Miami venue - that I can give advice on.

Thanks to the advice here I am really excited about her surprise birthday gift and will also be well prepared (earplugs).

First Ave is one of the most highly regarded music venues in the USA. Their security does a top-notch job. You'll have fun.

Oh yeah, My Chemical Romance is a great band. I've seen them live a few times back in 05'. Concerts are a great thing for kids to do. Gets em out of the house, off their phones and brought together by a bunch of fans.

They have some great tunes.

My advice would be to make sure you get there somewhat early to pick out a spot where you and your child can get a decent view of the band. I imagine it will be pretty crowded. Maybe try to find a place upstairs. Have fun
