Nope. Much much more snow this year than normal.

Reminds me of winters from the 70's and 80's. Remember the winter of '91 with the Halloween blizzard - it stayed all winter, and around Thanksgiving we got another 18". Lots of exercise that year!

My first winter in Minnesota was '91. According to my parents, it snowed more inches than I was tall. I was 2 years old.

HA! I laugh at this so-called snow. Why back when I was in school, we had so much snow each and every year, that we simply climbed up the big pile of snow that the horse-drawn snow plows left and sledded to the front door of our school house, and that was more than ten miles away!

Is that all? Well, we didn't even bother to climb on top of the snow, we just tunnelled through it to get where we wanted.

Yes because in Minnesota no talk of snow is complete without mention of the Halloween blizzard!

I was trick-or-treating during that blizzard and it is one of the top memories of my life! Why wouldn't I stay?
